Troy Anderson has been involved in real estate development and sales since 1996. He founded HomeownerTimes.com, a time saving business generating marketing tool for real estate processionals and is himslef an active Realtor.

Previously, as Vice President and General Manager of the Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club, an 890-acre private golf community southeast of Scottsdale, Arizona, he was responsible for all aspects of the development including Community and Subdivision Development, Home Building, Real Estate Marketing and Sales, Club Operations, Design Review and the Property Owner's Association.

Tom Morrison, Realtor®

Thomas A. Morrison has spent most of his adult life in various business endeavors. Tom graduated in 1957 from the University of Washington (Seattle) with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. After serving 2 years active duty as part of an 8 year obligation in the United States Naval Reserve, Tom was an Independent Logging Contractor from 1959 until 1972. Tom purchased 5 credit and collection businesses from 1972 until 1980. After selling his 5 agencies to his employees, Tom pursued varied personal interests until 1988 when he was hired by the State of Washington as a Financial Recovery Enforcement Officer. Tom worked 16 years for the State ending his career as Office Manager.

After his successful business career, Tom obtained his Arizona real estate license, and has brought his professional skills to our team. He is a perfect fit to our company’s philosophy of placing the interest of our clients first and foremost.

Jacqueline Markus, Realtor®

During a semester break from teaching Communication at Arizona State University, Jacqueline (aka as Jacque) obtained her license in Real Estate. That was in 1984. She has been an active Realtor ever since.

Her background as a homemaker and Communication professor seemed to make this second vocation a reasonable choice. After all, sales people should be effective communicators and professional homemakers may have a clearer working understanding of what people want when purchasing a home.

Jacqueline specializes in residential real estate sales but also has been in Property Management as well as facilitating seminars on related Communication issues.

Will Ott

Will, a sales and marketing executive, began his real estate career being recruited while in college by the Lyle Anderson Companies of Scottsdale, Arizona. After graduating with a BS in Marketing and Management, and a trip around the world, he began his career in real estate at Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club in the greater Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. Superstition is an 850-acre master planned private community featuring 36-holes of Nicklaus designed golf.

He quickly became one of the top sales executives and spent five years with the team at Superstition Mountain. Will also holds a California real estate license where he specialized in private golf community developments in the Lake Tahoe area with the Ken James Company. In addition, Will teaches goal setting skills and helps motivate teams for “In Any Event, Inc.” a national sales and marketing promotions corporation.

Recently married, Will and his wife Karrie have plans to develop several properties Will has acquired over the years, believing well-positioned real estate will always be in high demand.

George M. Unruh, CPA

George M. Unruh is a seasoned executive and financial professional whose career spans public accounting, residential and commercial real estate development, manufacturing, banking, global engineering and construction, transportation, healthcare, education, and major professional and community service activities. Prior to joining Spiral, Inc., he was with the Bechtel Corporation (Global Construction and Engineering - Six Sigma and Finance), TMI Systems Design Corporation (Casework manufacturing -Vice President and Treasurer), and Vaberg Properties, Inc. (Residential and Commercial Real Estate Development - President and CEO). George and his wife Lynnelle moved to the Phoenix area in 2000 from North Dakota.
